The "small group leader" difference
Our method stands out because every participant takes on the role of a trainer. Each person conducts a training session, including a demonstration with five essential standards their peers must master. Peers then practice these standards for 20-25 minutes, receiving immediate correction from the trainer. Finally, the trainer evaluates their peers with a clear pass or fail, followed by peer evaluation of the trainer's performance. The entire group then provides feedback on the session's clarity and areas for improvement. This unique cycle ensures deep understanding, practical application, and immediate feedback for everyone involved.
