Discover the powerful "small group leader" method, a revolutionary way to learn and grow through peer-led difference. We transform participants into trainers, fostering leadership, critical thinking, and unmatched confidence. See how this dynamic approach can benefit you.

The Peer-led difference
Our method stands out because each participant serves as a small-group leader and trainer. Each person leads a group of 5 peers and conducts a training session, demonstrating five essential standards their peers must master.
Peers then practice these standards for 20-25 minutes and receive immediate correction from the trainer. Finally, the trainer gives peers a clear pass/fail evaluation, followed by peer evaluation of the trainer's performance.
The entire group then provides feedback on the session's clarity and areas for improvement. This unique cycle ensures deep understanding, practical application, and immediate feedback for everyone involved.

Who benefits most from this method?
This dynamic teaching style thrives in almost any environment where small groups of 4-6 people can form. It's incredibly versatile and can be structured for learners as young as 8, as long as the trainer is creative.
Our method is ideally suited for workplace training and educational settings such as schools, colleges, and universities. It's also highly effective for training volunteers and first responders. This engaging approach has virtually no limits on its applications and benefits.
